When will my order ship to me?

If your fabric is currently in-stock and available, our fabric will ship to you within 72 business hours, assuming we have proper payment information on file for your account. For orders placed on fabrics for future deliveries, we generally aim to first ship new collections of fabric at the beginning of each calendar month. While we avoid it whenever possible, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If these delays occur, we will inform you via your on-file email address as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We are happy to offer free shipping via UPS Ground on all orders placed for 16 pieces or more for one delivery date. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will also be shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise instructed.

Where do your fabrics ship from?

All orders for bolts of fabric ship from our warehouse in New Jersey.

What is your policy on returns?

We always do our best to ship your order to you correctly. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, please notify customer service within 5 days of the order’s arrival. We will act quickly to remedy any mistakes. No claims or returns are allowed without authorization from Andover Fabrics Inc. If you need to make a return, you must receive a Return for Credit Order Confirmation (RFC#) from Customer Service and promptly return the product(s). We cannot accept returns if the fabric has been removed from its plastic wrapping, or if fabric has been cut from the bolt. Any unauthorized return is not guaranteed to be credited. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 2 weeks of goods having been received.
